SalesPlay POS allows businesses to share Product Details via various social media messaging platforms. This feature enables sending product images, names, and prices directly to customers, helping businesses respond quickly to inquiries and boost engagement.

Step 1: Share Product Details from POS App
- Open the POS App main menu and select New Sale.

- Locate the product and click the i (Product Information) button beside the price.
- Click the Share icon.

- Select a social media messaging app icon and proceed to send the product details.

Step 2: Add an Image for a Product
Product images can be added via the POS App or Back Office Web Portal. This process must be done individually for each product.
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Products from the main menu and go to the Product List.

- Click the Change Image section on the relevant product.

- Select the desired image and click Confirm.
