To use the Create Order option in the POS App, you must first enable Open Receipts (Bills) in the Back Office.
Create Customer Orders with Advance Payment
You can create and manage customer orders when customers choose to pay an advance amount.
Example:
A customer visits your shop, places an order, pays an advance amount, and plans to collect the items on a later date.
Step 1
Open the SalesPlay POS App main menu and select New Sale.

Step 2
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Create Order.

Step 3
Select the items the customer wants and tap the Create Order button.

Step 4
Add a customer (select an existing customer or create a new one), then tap Add to Order.

Step 5
Tap the calendar icon and set the delivery date and time.

Step 6
Turn ON the Advance Payment option and tap Save.

Step 7
Enter the advance amount the customer is willing to pay and tap Charge.

Step 8
After tapping Charge, an advance receipt is generated showing the paid advance amount and the remaining due amount.
