SalesPlay POS allows businesses to update product prices individually via the POS App or in bulk using the Back Office Web Portal. Bulk price changes are managed under the Promotions section and allow you to update multiple products efficiently.
Step 1: Access Bulk Price Change
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Promotions from the main menu.
- Go to Price Bulk Upload.
Step 2: Download Template File
- Click on Download Template File to get the CSV file.
Step 3: Update the CSV File
- Open the downloaded CSV file.
- Enter the relevant product details and new prices in the appropriate fields.
- Save the file as a CSV after updating.
Tip: Make sure to only update the required fields to avoid errors during import.
Step 4: Upload the CSV File
- In the Price Bulk Upload section, click on the Drag and Drop Files area and upload the saved CSV file.
- Click Upload to import the data.
- Click Confirm Import to finalize the bulk price change.
Note: Once confirmed, the updated prices will reflect across the POS system automatically.
