Exchange rates for currencies are constantly changing. If you use the Alternative Currency option in SalesPlay POS, you need to manually update the conversion rates in the system to ensure accurate transactions.

Step 1: Access Alternative Currency Settings
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Click on Alternative Currency.

Step 2: Update Conversion Rates
- Click on the relevant alternative currency you want to update.
- Enter the new conversion value.
- Toggle the status ON to activate the currency.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Note: Once the alternative currency is updated, the new rate will automatically download to the POS App and appear in the Payment Interface near the Amount Due dropdown. Ensure the POS App has an internet connection to receive the updated currency rates.
