Key Point: When creating a composite product, ensure that the total quantity reflects both the paid items and the free items. For example, a “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotion should have a total composite quantity of 3, with the price reflecting only the two paid items.
Step 1: Access Products in the Back Office
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Products from the main menu.
- Go to the Product List.
- Click the Add Product button.

Step 2: Add a New Product
- Enter the Product Name and the Regular Unit Price.
- Toggle Stock Control ON if needed.
- Click Save to add the product.

Step 3: Create a Composite Product
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal (if not already logged in).
- Select Products from the main menu.
- Go to the Product List and click Add Product.
- Enter the Composite Product Name.
- Enter the Price (sum of paid items only).
- Enable Composite Product under Additional Options.
- Select the already created main product from the dropdown.
- Enter the Quantity (QTY) for the composite (includes both paid and free items).
