SalesPlay POS allows you to update product prices either individually or in bulk. You can make price changes via the POS App for single products or via the Back Office Web Portal for one-by-one or bulk updates.

1. Bulk Price Change via Back Office
- Login to the POS Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Products from the main menu and go to the Product List.
- Select the relevant product.
- Click on the Unit Price section and enter the new price.
- Click the green tick button to save the change.
Note: Once you click the green tick button, the updated price will reflect in the POS App automatically.

2. Price Change via POS App
- Open the POS App main menu.
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Products.
- In the Products section, select the product you want to update.
- Go to the Selling Price section and enter the new price.
- Click Save to update the price.
Tip: Use the Back Office for bulk updates when you need to adjust multiple product prices at once. Use the POS App for quick individual product price changes on the go.
