Enabling Barcode-Based Customer Registration
SalesPlay allows businesses to register customers using internal barcodes, simplifying checkout and tracking.
Steps to Enable the Internal Barcode Feature:
- Open the POS App and go to the Main Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Navigate to Software Customization.
- Check the box for Internal Barcode to enable it.
Note: Once enabled, a barcode icon will appear in the customer registration interface.
Adding a Barcode to a Customer Profile
- In the POS App, go to the Main Menu and select New Sale.
- Tap the Customer icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Add New Customer.
- Scroll down and tap the Barcode icon next to the Customer Code field.
- Tap Save to complete the registration.
