You can connect a network printer to the Web POS terminal using an Ethernet cable and a WiFi router.
Step 1: Connect the Printer to the Network
- Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the printer’s Ethernet port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the WiFi router port.
Step 2: Printer Settings
- Power ON the WiFi router.
- Connect the Web POS terminal to the router WiFi.
- Make sure the network cable is connected between the router and the thermal printer.
- Power OFF the printer.
- Press and hold both the printer Power button and the Feed button for a few seconds.
- A self-test/settings sheet will print, including the printer IP address.
Step 3: Web POS Setup
1 Login to Web POS

Open Web POS and click Settings > Printers
2 Download the Printer Setup File
3 Install the Printer Software
- Unzip the downloaded file
- Run setup.exe and install the software
- Run the Thermal Printer Setup shortcut on the desktop
4 Add a New Printer
- Click Add Printer on the setup page
- Click Add New
- Enter a printer name
- Tick Print receipts and bills
- Select Connection Mode as Network
- Enter the Printer IP (from the earlier printout)
- Keep the printer ON
- Click Save
Your printer is now connected and ready. You can start billing using Web POS.
