How to Create Customized Order Types

Overview

SalesPlay POS allows businesses to create customized order types to categorize and manage different types of orders, such as dine-in, takeout, or delivery. This helps streamline operations and reporting.

Steps to Enable Order Types

1. Log in to the POS Back Office Webportal.
2. Select Settings from the main menu.
3. Go to the Feature section.
4. Tick ON the Order Types button.
5. Click Save.
6. Once enabled, Order Types will appear as a sub-menu in the Settings section.

Steps to Create a Customized Order Type

1. Select Order Types from the sub-menu.
2. Click Add Order Type and enter a name for the order type.
3. Toggle the Status to ON.
4. Click Save.
