SalesPlay POS now includes an enhanced feature to alert you when external orders, such as those from your Web Store or QR Ordering, are received. The notification sound continues until the order is checked by the cashier or user, ensuring that no new order is missed.
To enable a notification sound for new external orders, follow these steps:
- Open the POS App Main Menu
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Software Customization.
- Choose Set Order Notification Sound.
- Pick a sound from your POS terminal’s default sound files.
Once configured, this sound will play every time a new order is received and will continue until you navigate to the Open Orders section and review the NEW ORDERS.
