MyInvoice2U e-Invoicing Setup

SalesPlay POS now integrates with MyInvoice2U, a leading e-invoicing platform in Malaysia.
This integration enables businesses to comply with Malaysia’s LHDN e-invoicing regulations by automatically generating and submitting e-invoices to the government’s MyInvois system.

This guide explains what MyInvoice2U is, why the integration is important, and how to set it up step by step.


What is MyInvoice2U?

MyInvoice2U is a premier e-invoicing solution provider in Malaysia.
It helps businesses digitize and automate invoicing processes in compliance with the
Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) e-invoicing requirements.

In simple terms, MyInvoice2U connects your SalesPlay POS system to Malaysia’s MyInvois tax platform,
automatically sending invoices for validation and approval.


Why is e-Invoicing Required in Malaysia?

Malaysia’s tax authority (LHDN) has introduced a mandatory digital invoicing system known as MyInvois.
Under this system:

  • Every invoice must follow a specific digital format.
  • Each invoice must be validated by the MyInvois system.
  • A unique identifier and QR code are generated for every approved invoice.

MyInvoice2U automates these processes, helping your business remain fully compliant with Malaysian tax regulations.


How the MyInvoice2U Integration Works

  1. You create an invoice in SalesPlay POS.
  2. The invoice data (customer details, items, totals, etc.) is automatically sent to MyInvoice2U.
  3. MyInvoice2U converts the data into the required MyInvois (LHDN) format.
  4. The invoice is submitted to MyInvois for validation.
  5. Once approved, a unique invoice number and QR code are generated.
  6. MyInvoice2U keeps records of approved, pending, and rejected invoices for compliance tracking.

Steps to Set Up MyInvoice2U Integration in SalesPlay POS

Step 1 – Register with MyInvoice2U

  1. Visit: https://myinvoice2u.com/our-solution/
  2. Create your business account and complete the registration process.

Step 2 – Register or Log in to SalesPlay Back Office

  1. Visit: https://cloud.salesplaypos.com/registration_form
  2. Sign up or log in using your existing SalesPlay credentials.

Step 3 – Obtain a Distributor Code

To activate the MyInvoice2U integration, you must obtain a Distributor Code from an authorised SalesPlay distributor in your region.

Without this code, the “MyInvoice2U Tax Integration” feature will not appear in your Back Office.

To request your Distributor Code, contact:

You may also contact the SalesPlay Support Team to verify authorised distributors.

Step 4 – Enable the MyInvoice2U Feature

  1. Log in to your SalesPlay Back Office.
  2. Go to Settings → Features.
  3. Locate MyInvoice2U Tax Integration and toggle it ON.
  4. Click Save.

Step 5 – Generate and Copy the Access Token

  1. Go to Integrations → MyInvoice2U – Account Setup.
  2. Click the Copy button to copy your Access Token.
  3. Save the token securely — you will need it in the next step.
  4. Click Connect to MyInvoice to be redirected to the MyInvoice2U website.

Step 6 – Connect Your MyInvoice2U Account

  1. Sign in or register on the MyInvoice2U website.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Profile → SalesPlay Configuration.
  3. Paste the Access Token into the provided field.
  4. Click Save.

If the setup is successful, you will see the message:
“Binding with SalesPlay successful.”

Step 7 – Confirm the Connection

  1. Return to your SalesPlay Back Office.
  2. Open the Integrations section.
  3. If you see a confirmation banner, the setup is complete.

You’re All Set!

Your SalesPlay POS is now successfully integrated with MyInvoice2U.
All future invoices generated in SalesPlay will automatically sync with MyInvoice2U and be submitted to Malaysia’s MyInvois system for validation.


Special Notes

  • Your SalesPlay account must be registered under an authorised distributor to activate the integration.
  • The integration feature will not appear unless your Distributor Code is active.
  • Ensure your business information (name, address, tax ID) is accurate in both systems before issuing invoices.
